This paper will attempt to approximate the structuring and informatization of the Court Registry in the Republic of Croatia. Firstly, the subjects were described in detail and all the necessary documentation for registration in the court register as well as the prescribed obligation and manner of submitting complete documents were recorded. After that follow the principles that are necessary for the timely running of the court register. Furthermore, the process of enrollment is described with all the detailed instructions about the initiation and course of the proceedings with the legal deadlines, Also here are the rights and obligations the subject has received by registration. Apart from the aforementioned here, the relation of the court register with other registers can also be found in this paper. The role and organization of the court register, the essential data for the subjects of registration as well as the beginning of the procedure itself, , with all the accompanying documentation, rights and duties that the enrolled subject pursues throughout the proceedings are described in one place.
