Abstract
Lumbalni bolni sindrom je skup simptoma koji se očituju bolom, napetošću mišića i ograničenom pokretljivošću u lumbalnom dijelu kralježnice, a uz navedeno postoje i ostali uzročnici boli. U današnje vrijeme lumbalni bolni sindrom predstavlja socioekonomski i medicinski problem diljem svijeta zbog toga što obolijevaju osobe u dobi od 30 do 50 godina. Unatoč raznim tegobama potrebno je napraviti odgovarajuće pretrage da bi se postavila dijagnoza i krenulo s liječenjem. S obzirom na stanje pacijenta, lumbalni bolni sindrom pojavljuje se u akutnom ili kroničnom stanju, te se prema tome daje odgovarajuća terapija. Fizikalna terapija uvelike pomaže pri liječenju jer ima za cilj liječenje disfunkcije sustava za kretanje i otklanjanje nesposobnosti. Populacija najčešće ima poteškoće pri obavljanu aktivnosti svakodnevnog života zbog tegoba u lumbalnom dijelu kralježnice. Da bi se olakšale svakodnevne aktivnosti cilj radne terapije je postići što veći stupanj samostalnosti kod pacijenta neovisno o njegovom stanju. Cilj rada bio je utvrditi postojanje boli nakon obavljene fizikalne terapije kod lumbalnog bolnog sindroma, utvrditi mogućnost obavljanja aktivnosti svakodnevnog života nakon provedene fizikalne terapije kod lumbalnog bolnog sindroma utvrditi učinak radne terapije među ispitanicima s lumbalnim bolnim sindromom.
Abstract (english)
Lumbar pain syndrome is a set of symptoms that are manifested by pain, muscle tension and limited mobility in the lumbar spine, and with the aforementioned there are other pain causes. At present, lumbar pain syndrome is a socioeconomic and medical problem around the world due to the fact that people are ill aged 30 to 50 years. Despite various problems, it is necessary to make appropriate tests to set the diagnosis and start with the treatment. Given the patient's condition, lumbar pain syndrome occurs in acute or chronic condition, and is therefore given the appropriate therapy. Physical therapy greatly helps in treatment because it aims to cure dysfunction of the system for movement and eliminating the disability. The population most often experiences difficulties in carrying out everyday life activities due to the problems in the lumbar spine. In order to facilitate everyday activities, the aim of the therapy is to achieve the highest degree of independence in the patient regardless of his / her condition. The aim of the study was to determine the existence of pain after performing physical therapy in lumbar pain syndrome, to determine the ability to perform daily life after physical therapy in lumbar pain syndrome to determine the effect of working therapy among subjects with lumbar pain syndrome.
