Abstract
Rameni zglob najpokretljiviji je zglob u ljudskome tijelu. Zbog svoje velike mobilnosti, a manje stabilnosti najčešće je ozljeđivan zglob gornjih ekstremiteta. Razni su sportovi u kojima može doći do ozljeda, a najčešće su to sportovi u kojima je ruka često iznad glave. Ozljeđivan je u obliku iščašenja, nestabilnosti zglobova, mišićno-tetivnih ozljeda, ozljeda zglobova te prijeloma. Veliki je spektar simptoma sportskih ozljeda, a najčešće su to bol, modrice, otekline i gubitak funkcije. Vrlo je važna dijagnostika ozljede pomoću magnetske rezonance i kompjuterizirane tomografije. Liječenje sportskih ozljeda ramena može biti konzervativno i operativno, a konzervativni pristup čine pendularne vježbe, vježbe opsega pokreta, vježbe istezanja, vježbe jačanja, proprioceptivne vježbe, pliometrijske vježbe i drugi fizikalni modaliteti.
Abstract (english)
Shoulder joint is the most flexible joint in the human body. Due to its great mobility but lower stability it is the most commonly injured joint of the upper extremities. It can be injured in various sports, most often it occurs in sports where the hand is frequently positioned above the head. Injures can be sustained in the form of sprains, instability of joints, muscular-tendon injuries, joint injures and fractures. There´s a wide range of symptoms of sports injuries, most common ones include pain, swelling and loss of function. Diagnosis of the injury using magnetic resonance imaging and computerised tomography is very important. Treatmen of the shoulder sports injuries can be conservative and operational; conservative approach involves pendular exercises, range of motion exercises, stretching exercises, strengthening exercises, proprioceptive exercises, plyometric exercises and other physical modes.
