Kombinacija ekstrinzičnih faktora (grešaka u trenažnom procesu i okolinskih faktora), intrinzičnih faktora (alignment ekstremiteta, deficit fleksibilnosti, laksitet ligamenata itd.) uzrokuje kronične ozljede. |

Parallel abstract (English) | Overuse syndrome is defined as a set of symptoms and syndromes that can manifest themselves as mild discomfort, numbness, pain but also as injuries which decreases activity and participation of the patient in society. The cause of overuse syndrome can be from various sources. Combination of extrinsic factors (mistakes in training or environment factors), intrinsic factors (extremity alignment, flexibility deficit, ligament laxity etc.) cause chronic disabilities. Conservative treatment should start as early as possible in order for rehabillitation process to be successful. Main goals of conservative treatment are: inflammation control, facilitation of tissue healing and monitoring further activities. Main task of the therapist is setting up good cardiovascular condition, ROM maintainence as well as balance and coordination. |
