Abstract
U nedozvoljena sredstva ubrajaju se nedozvoljene tvari i nedozvoljene metode. Poznatiji naziv za primjenu nedozvoljenih sredstava je doping i predstavlja jedan od najvećih problema u sportu. Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je ispitati stavove i znanje studenata preddiplomskog i diplomskog stručnog studija fizioterapije o dopingu u sportu te usporediti dobivene rezultate prema spolu, razini studija i bavljenju sportom. Ciljana populacija bili su studenti fizioterapije sa Veleučilišta Lavoslav Ružička iz Vukovara. Ukupno je bilo 100 ispitanika (50 studenata sa treće godine preddiplomskog stručnog studija i 50 studenata sa specijalističkog diplomskog stručnog studija). Rezultati su potvrdili samo jednu postavljenu hipotezu, da će biti razlike u stavovima i znanju između studenata preddiplomskog i diplomskog studija. Studenti sa obje razine studija iskazali su negativan stav prema dopingu u sportu, ali studenti sa diplomskog studija pokazali su više osuđujuće i kritičnije stavove prema dopingu, njegovoj upotrebi u sportu i posljedicama koje ostavljaju. Znanje studenata sa diplomskog studija o poznavanju popisa nedozvoljenih sredstava, o doping kontroli i o anti-doping organizacijama pokazalo se daleko većim od studenata sa preddiplomskog studija.
Abstract (english)
Prohibited means include prohibited substances and prohibited methods. More well known term for using anything from prohibited means is doping and it presents one of the most important problems in sport. The aim of this thesis was to investigate the attitudes and knowledge of undergraduate and graduate students of physical therapy about doping in sport and to compare obtained results by gender, level of college and sport participation. Subjects were physical therapy students from College of Applied Sciences „Lavoslav Ružička“ in Vukovar. Total number of subjects was 100 (50 undergraduates and 50 graduates). Results that were obtained confirmed only one hypothesis, that there will be difference in attitudes and knowledge between undergraduates and graduates. Both groups of students had a negative attitude towards doping in sport, however, graduates had more condemning and critical attitudes towards doping, its usage in sport and its consequences. Graduates had a lot more knowledge about prohibited means, doping control and anti-doping organizations than undergraduates.
