Abstract
Jedan od glavnih uzroka bolova u vratu prema istraživanjima je bolni sindrom vratne kralježnice. Najčešći uzrok bolnog sindroma su degenerativne promjene vratne kralježnice. Najčešći simptomi cervikobrahijalnog sindroma su bolovi, osjećaj oticanja u rukama, prolazni trnci duž ramena, ruke i šaka, ukočenost ili težina gornjeg dijela tijela, umor i bol u podlaktici, vratu i ramenima, bol koja se pojačava noću, glavobolja i vrtoglavica, a za posljedicu može imati i neurološke deficite. Dijagnostički proces uključuje preciznu anamnezu, fizikalni pregled, radiološku obradu i ostale dopunske preglede prema potrebi. Tijekom fizikalnog pregleda najveću pažnju pridajemo inspekciji i palpaciji. Ciljevi liječenja su otklanjanje bola, održavanje pokretljivosti, otklanjanje drugih simptoma te poboljšanje kvalitete života. Liječenje u akutnoj fazi sastoji se od mirovanja i relaksacije vratne kralježnice, korištenjem Shanzovog ovratnika, medikamentoznom terapijom, krioterapijom i elektroterapijom. U subakutnoj fazi uvodimo kineziterapiju, statičke vježbe, manualne tehnike s ciljem povećanja opsega pokreta i smanjenja bolova.
Abstract (english)
One of the major causes of neck pain in the study is painful neck syndrome. The most common cause of pain syndrome is degenerative changes in the cervical spine. The most common symptoms of cervical-obstructive syndrome are pain, feeling swelling in the hands, passing thighs along the shoulders, arms and arms, stiffness or weight of the upper part of the body, tiredness and pain in the forearm, neck and shoulders, pain that is exacerbated at night, headaches and dizziness neurological deficits may also be a consequence. The diagnostic process involves precise anamnesis, physical examination, radiotherapy, and other supplementary examinations as needed. During the physical examination we give the greatest attention to inspection and palpation. The goals of treatment are to eliminate pain, maintain mobility, eliminate other symptoms, and improve the quality of life. Treatment in acute phase consists of resting and relaxation of the cervical spine, using Shanz's collar, medication therapy, cryotheraphy and electrotherapy. In the subacute phase, we introduce kinesitherapy, static exercises, manual techniques to increase the volume of movement and reduce pain.
