Abstract
Za pokretanje poduzetničkog pothvata, kao i razvijanja postojećeg, potrebna su određena financijska sredstva. Jedan od ključnih izazova s kojima se susreću današnji poduzetnici je otežan pristup financiranju za poduzetnička ulaganja u razvoj, istraživanja, obrazovanje, promociju, opremu i infrastrukturu. Danas, u poslovnoj praksi pronalaze se izvori financiranja koji uključuju sljedeće kategorije: vlastita sredstva i neformalni investitori, financiranje na temelju zaduživanja, financiranje vlasničkom glavnicom te državni programi financiranja. Cilj rada je istražiti izvore financiranja poduzetničkog pothvata u Republici Hrvatskoj te prikazati primjere dobre prakse.
Abstract (english)
To start an entrepreneurial venture, as well as to develop it, one needs certain financial resources. One of the key challenges that present-day entrepreneurs face is difficulties in accessing funding for entrepreneurial venture investments in development, research, education, promotion, equipment and infrastructure. Nowadays, the following categories of sources of finance can be found in commercial practices: own funds and informal investors, debt and equity financing, and government financing programs. The aim of this thesis is to examine sources of finance of entrepreneurial ventures in the Republic of Croatia and illustrate the examples of good practice.
