Abstract
Ovaj rad govorit će o stanju tržišta rada u Osječko-baranjskoj županiji, nezaposlenosti i zaposlenosti. Kao posljedica ekonomske krize u RH dolazi do velikog broja nezaposlenih ljudi, ljudi koji niti s visokim stupnjem obrazovanja ne mogu pronaći posao. Razlog tome je loše stanje na tržištu, ali i neusklađenost obrazovanja sa stvarnim potrebama tržišta. Upravo zbog toga pojavljuje se i potreba za novim rješenjima na tržištu rada, a jedno od rješenja može biti i prekvalifikacija kako bi osobe stekle nova znanja i na taj način pronašle željeni posao. Na temelju istraživanja može se zaključiti kako Osječko-baranjska županija ima relativno nisku stopu zaposlenosti. Ukoliko zaposlenost promatramo prema spolu može se vidjeti da je zaposleno više muških osoba, ali i da na mogućnost zaposlenja bitno utječe i stečeno obrazovanje. Također, postoji i razlika u zaposlenju prema dobi pa je tako najmanje zaposlenih osoba mlađe dobi koju su relativno nedavno završile obrazovanje te kod osoba pred mirovinom. Najviše zaposlenih srednje je životne dobi.
Abstract (english)
This paper will discuss the labour market situation in the Osijek-Baranja County, unemployment and employment. As a result of the economic crisis in the Republic of Croatia, there is a large number of unemployed people, who even with higher education cannot find a job. The reason for this is the market crisis, but also the mismatching between education and the real needs of the labour market. That is why there is a need for new solutions in the labour market, and one of the solutions may be retraining, by which people acquire new knowledges and thus find a job. Based on research, it can be concluded that Osijek-Baranja County has a relatively low employment rate. If we look at employment by gender, it can be seen that more males are employed, but also that employment opportunities have a significant impact on the acquired education. Also, there is a difference in employment by age, so the least number of employed persons are of younger age who have recently finished their education and those near retirement age. Most of middle-aged people are employed.
