Abstract
Prodajno poslovanje jedna je od onih funkcija koje zapravo održavaju svako poduzeće. Prodajno poslovanje najčešće uključuje nabavnu i prodajnu funkciju te je svrha konstantno poboljšavati prodajno poslovanje kako bi se poduzeće podiglo na novu razinu. Poslovni uspjeh poduzeća, njegov opstanak na tržištu i postizanje adekvatne tržišne aktivnosti u kojoj može težiti optimalnom funkcioniranju u velikoj mjeri ovisi o savršenosti ustroja svih funkcija prodajnog poslovanja. Strategija prodajnog poslovanja poduzeća Ledo d.d. također se temelji i na operativnim taktikama koje se prije svega oslanjaju na postavljeni ustroj poslovnih funkcija. Dakle, međuzavisnost svih razina vrlo je značajan u prodajnom poslovanju, a eventualne nesavršenosti značajno narušavaju ukupno funkcioniranje cjelokupnog tržišnog poslovanja, pa se stoga poduzeće Ledo d.d. drži svih funkcija i reprezentativan je primjerak uspješnog prodajnog poslovanja.
Abstract (english)
Selling business is one of those functions that actually keeps a business running. Proxy business usually includes purchasing and selling functions and its task is to constantly improve sales operations in order to raise the company to a new level. Business successes, its survival on the market and the achievement of an adequate sales activity in which it can strive to achieve an optimal functioning largely depends on the perfection of the organization of all sales business functions. Sales strategy of Ledo d.d. It is also based on operating tactics that rely on the entire set of business functions. Therefore, the co-existence of all levels is very significant in the sales business, and any imperfections significantly distort the overall functioning of the intimate market business, so Ledo d.d. Keeps an eye on all functions and is a representative example of a successful sales business.
