Abstract
Ovim završnim radom obuhvaćen je pojam marketinga i marketinškog sustava u suvremenom društvu te njegov razvoj kroz povijest. Opisano je marketinško okruženje i njegov utjecaj na rast i razvoj samog marketinga koji se temelji na financijskoj transakciji gdje je zadovoljstvo kupaca u sredini suvremenog marketinškog razmišljanja. Ukratko je opisana tvrtka koja je pomoću trgovačkog marketinga dospjela na sam vrh ljestvice najpopularnijih i najvrednijih brendova u svijetu (Apple). Posebna pozornost u radu usmjerena je na sam pojam trgovačkog marketinga i njegovu povezanost sa maloprodajom. Navedeni su primjeri suvremenih kompanija koje su danas izuzetno uspješne upravo zahvaljujući ulaganju u marketing.
Abstract (english)
This final paper includes the concept of marketing and marketing system in modern society and its development through history. The marketing environment is described and its impact on the growth and development of marketing who is based on a financial transaction where customer satisfaction is in the middle of contemporary marketing thinking. It also includes a brief description of a company that has been using commercial marketing and it has reached the top of the charts of the most popular and most valuable brands in the world (Apple). Special attention is focused on the very concept of commercial marketing and its connection with retail. These are examples of modern companies that are now extremely successful thanks to their investment in marketing.
