Abstract
Iako se sindromi prenaprezanja mogu javiti u bilo kojem dijelu sustava kretanja (tetiva, ligament, mišić, kost, hrskavica, burza, prijelaz tetive u mišić ili hvatište tetive za kost), ipak se najčešće javljaju kao preopterećenje tetiva. Stopalo je anatomska struktura prilagođena za davanje mobilnosti koja omogućava kretnje u prostoru, prenošenje reaktivne sile podloge u smjeru koljena i natkoljenične kosti, te davanje stabilnosti adaptacijom na podlogu. Plantarni fascitis sindrom je prenaprezanja koji se manifestira jakom boli u području donjeg dijela petne kosti. Zbog dugotrajnih ponavljajućih opterećenja plantarne fascije dolazi do mikroruptura, a u završnoj fazi i do djelomične ili potpune rupture fascije. Pojavljuje se između četrdesete i šezdesete godine podjednako u muškaraca i žena. Efikasno liječenje plantarnog fascitisa bazira se na agresivnoj konzervativnoj terapiji, te ustrajnosti i suradnji pacijenta s stručnim timom. Liječenje plantarnog fascitisa može se podijeliti na: medikamentoznu terapiju, operativni zahvat, te konzervativno liječenje (ortopedska pomagala, elektroterapijski postupci, izvan tjelesna terapija udarnim valom, manualne i manipulativne tehnike, tehnike istezanja, Kinesio Taping, jačanje muskulature).
Abstract (english)
Although syndrome overgrowth may occur in any part of the motion system (tendon, ligament, muscle, bone, cartilage, bourse, muscle or tendon crossing to muscle or into tendon vertex), however, tend to have an oversimulation of tendon.. The foot has anatomical structure adapted to provide mobility which allows movement in space, transfer of ground reactive force in the direction of the knee and thigh bone and to provide stability by adaptation to the background. Plantar fasciitis syndrome is an overgrowth manifested by severe pain in the lower calcaneus area. Because of the long-lasting repetitive loads of plantar fasciitis, microruptures occur, and in the final stage causing partial fracture of the fascias. It appears between 40 and 60 years alike in men and women. Efficient treatment of plantar fasciitis is based on aggressive conservative therapy, and patient persistence and co-operation with a professional team. Treatment can be divided into: medication therapy, operative therapy and conservative treatment (ortoped equipment, electrotherapy procedures, invasive wave therapy, manual and manipulative techniques, stretching techniques, Kinesio Taping, strengthening musculature.
