Abstract
Teniski lakat je bolno stanje uzrokovano ponavljajućim kontrakcijama ekstenzornih mišića podlaktice. Jedan je od najčešćih sindroma prenaprezanja. Bol se javlja u području lateralnog epikondila humerusa, koja iradira niz podlakticu. Kako bi se dijagnosticirao teniski lakat, koriste se radiološke metode te različiti testovi za utvrđivanje ove ozljede. Tretman teniskog lakta uključuje fizikalnu terapiju i primjenu fizioterapijskih procedura. U akutnoj fazi koristi se krioterapija te se izbjegavaju aktivnosti koje dovode do bola. U postakutnoj i rehabilitacijskoj fazi primjenjuju se fizioterapijske procedure: magnetna terapija, ultrazvuk, laser te analgetske struje. Ulogu igraju i vježbe postupnog snaženja i istezanja zahvaćene muskulature. Kod neuspjele konzervativne metode liječenja primjenjuju se kirurški i ostali postupci poput injekcija i dr.
Abstract (english)
Tennis elbow is a painful condition caused by repeated contractions of the extensional muscles of the forearm. It is one of the most common overstrain syndrome. Pain occurs in the lateral epicondylum of the humerus, which rides down the forearm. In order to diagnose the tennis elbow, radiological methods and various tests to determine these injuries are used. Treatment of tennis elbow includes physical therapy and physiotherapy procedures. In the acute phase, cryotherapy is used and avoiding painful activities. Physiotherapeutic procedures: magnetic therapy, ultrasound, laser and analgesic current are used in post-acute and rehabilitation phases. The role plays and exercises of gradual release and stretching of the affected musculature. In the unsuccessful conservative treatment methods, surgical and other procedures such as injections and the like are applied.
