Abstract
Elektroničko poslovanje ili e-poslovanje bitno je za gospodarski rast svake zemlje. Prema svim pokazateljima bilježi veliki rast, a očekuje se značajan rast i u budućnosti. Dio elektroničkog poslovanja predstavlja i e-trgovina koja se smatra najprofitabilnijim oblikom trgovine zbog niskih troškova i neograničenih mogućnosti koje pruža kupcima. Cilj ovog završnog rada je istražiti stavove ljudi u Hrvatskoj o navikama, dosadašnjim iskustvima kupovina i nedostacima Online kupovine. U istraživanju je sudjelovalo 50 ispitanika (N=50). Istraživanje je provedeno tijekom mjeseca rujna 2018. godine. Rezultati istraživanja upućuju na zaključak da većina ispitanika njih 88% kupuje online. Prilikom kupovine 62% ispitanika navodi da im je najvažnija cijena proizvoda, 50% sigurnost trgovine, 44% kvalitetu proizvoda te 28% ispitanika smatra brzinu dostave bitnom prilikom kupovine.
Abstract (english)
Electronic business or e-business has become essential to the economic growth of every country. According to all indicators, there is a strong growth, and significant growth is expected in the future. Part of the electronic business is the e-commerce that is considered the most profitable form of trade due to low costs and unlimited customer service. The aim of this final paper is to explore the attitudes of people in Croatia about the purchasing habits, past experiences of purchasing and the disadvantages of online shopping. The study involved 50 participants (N=50). The research was conducted during the month of September 2018. The results of the research suggest that 88% of the respondents buy online. When purchasing 62% of respondents state that the most important factor for them is the product price, for 50% of them it is the security of trade, 44% list product quality, and 28% of respondents consider the delivery speed essential when purchasing.
