Abstract
U radu se razmatraju ključni aspekti poslovne etike koja je u današnjem globalnom svijetu postala nezamjenjiv dio poslovne prakse i preduvjet ostvarenja uspješnosti poslovanja ne samo u kratkom već i dugom roku. Socijalno poduzetništvo kao koncept koji integrira stvaranje ekonomske i socijalne vrijednosti, prisutan je u teoriji i u praksi već jedno stoljeće, i to na globalnoj razini. Isto tako i poduzetništvo u privatnom sektoru može djelovati u socijalnom duhu. Većina poduzeća i organizacija u privatnom sektoru stvara značajne društvene vrijednosti u obliku zaposlenja, unaprjeđenja uvjeta rada, konkurentskog okruženja, pružanja potrebnih proizvoda i usluga, a i sam porez koji ti subjekti plaćaju dalje se koristi u socijalne svrhe.
Abstract (english)
This paper analyzes the main aspects of business ethics that in today's global world has become an irreplaceable part of business practice and postulate for achieving business efficacy not only in the short but also in the long run. Social entrepreneurship as a concept which integrated development of economical and social importance has been present on the global level both in theory and in practice for more than a hundred years. Entrepreneurship in private sector can operate in social spirit. Most companies and organizations in the private sector are creating a considerable social value through employment, improvement of working conditions, competitive environment and providing necessary product and services. Furthermore, taxes that those companies are paying are used in social purposes.
