Abstract
Kroz ovaj rad biti će predstavljeni opći podatci o samom pojmu prodaje usluga. U novije vrijeme sve se češće stavlja naglasak na usluge i koliko je teško opisati i izmjeriti u potpunosti njihovu vrijednost. Veliki problem koji se javlja pri definiranju ovog pojma je taj što je omjer izmeu velike uloge i značaja, a s druge strane je neopipljivog karaktera te zbog toga nije moguće u potpunosti ocijeniti njihovu korist niti cijenu. Usluge su često promjenjivog karaktera jer na njihovu prodaju utječe više čimbenika koje ovaj rad predstavlja. Osim što se usluge naplaćuju, zanimljivost kod njih je u tome što se u svakoj prodaji usluga ne mora koristiti materijalno dobro. Osim što rad definira pojam usluga, takoer prikazuje i utjecaj marketinškog miksa na usluge. S ciljem boljeg definiranja prodaje usluga, rad analizira poslovanje poduzeća čija je primarna djelatnost prodaja usluga.
Abstract (english)
Throughout this paper, general information on the concept of the sale of services will be presented. More recently, there has been an increasing emphasis on services and how difficult it is to describe and fully measure their value. The big problem that arises when defining this term is that it is a ratio between the great role and importance, and on the other hand it is intangible and therefore it is not possible to fully evaluate its benefit or cost. Services often vary in nature as their sales are influenced by a number of factors that this paper presents. Apart from the fact that the services are charged, the interesting thing about them is that in each sale of service material things do not have to be used. In addition to defining the term services, the paper also illustrates the impact of the marketing mix on services. In order to define the sale of services, the paper analyzes the business of the company whose primary activity is the sale of services.
