Abstract
Ishemijska bolest srca je danas kako u svijetu, tako i u Hrvatskoj, značajan javnozdravstveni problem. Posljedica je poremećene cirkulacije kroz promijenjene koronarne arterije uzrokovane aterosklerozom. Najčešći čimbenici rizika koji uzrokuju ishemijsku bolest srca su pretilost, tjelesna neaktivnost, nepravilna prehrana, pušenje i hipertenzija, odnosno faktori na koje se može utjecati. Čimbenici rizika na koje ne možemo utjecati su dob i spol te pozitivna obiteljska anamneza. Infarkt miokarda je česta i opasna komplikacija ishemijske bolesti. Glavni simptom koji se javlja je bol u prsištu prilikom obavljanja fizičke aktivnosti. Izuzetna je važnost infarkta miokarda zbog velike smrtnosti (približno četvrtinu ukupne smrtnosti u razvijenim zemljama uzrokuje akutni infarkt miokarda) te invalidnosti. Iz tog razloga veliki je dijagnostički izazov otkriti i dijagnosticirati infarkt miokarda, a na osnovu toga odlučiti o daljnjem terapijskom postupku i liječenju.
Abstract (english)
Ischemic heart disease is an important public health problem today in whole world. It is a result of inadequate blood circulation trough coronary arteries changed by atherosclerosis process. The most common risk factors that cause ischemic heart disease are obesity, physical inactivity, unhealthy diet, smoking, hypertension, factors that can be affected. Risk factors that we can not control are age, gender and a positive family history. Main symptom is pain in the chest during exercise or physical activity. Myocardial infarction is a common and dangerous complication of ischemic diseases. Myocardial infarction is extremely significant due to high mortality (approximately a quarter of the total mortality in developed countries is caused by acute myocardial infarction) and disability. Therefore, there is reasonable diagnostic challenge to detect and diagnose ischemia of myocardium and on the basis of that decide about treatments and therapeutic methods.
