Abstract
Bolni sindromi ramena su najčešći bolni sindromi koji pripadaju skupini izvanzglobnih reumatskih bolesti, u čijoj kliničkoj slici dominiraju bol, oteklina i smanjenje funkcionalne pokretljivosti zgloba. Fizioterapijska procjena bolnih sindroma ramena temelji se na S.O.A.P. metodi. Sastoji se od subjektivnog i objektivnog dijela, prikupljanja i dokumentiranja podataka dobivenih od pacijenta, te na kraju izrade plana i programa fizioterapije. Ciljevi fizioterapijske intervencije su smanjenje boli, evaluacija analgetskog učinka u vremenskom periodu, povećanje funkcionalnog kapaciteta ramenog zgloba, povećanje opsega pokreta, te evaluacija učinka provedenih metoda. Važna je edukacija pacijenta.
Abstract (english)
Painful shoulder syndromes are the most common painful syndromes belonging to the group of Extraarticular Rheumatic Diseases, whose clinical picture is dominated by pain, swelling and reduction of functional mobility of the joint. Physiotherapy assessment of painful shoulder syndromes is based on S.O.A.P. method. It consists of the subjective and objective part, the collection and documentation of the data obtained from the patient, and at the end of the preparation of the physiotherapy plan and program. The goals of physiotherapy intervention are pain reduction, evaluation of analgetic effect in time period, increase in functional capacity of the shoulder joint, increase in the range of motion, and evaluation of the effect of the methods carried out. The education of the patient is important.
