Abstract
U ovom završnom radu biti će obrađeni osnovni pojmovi marketinga, razvoj i upravljanje kroz suvremeno poslovanje. Obratiti će se pozornost na odnose između proizvođača i potrošača, te na koje načine se postiže lojalnost potrošača. Komunikacija zahtjeva pravodobno prenošenje i primanje informacija. Obraćajući pozornost na potrošače marketinški stručnjaci znaju kakvom promocijom će brže privući potrošače. Nakon toga biti će pojašnjeno nošenje s konkurencijom. Potrošačima je važno da su njihova očekivanja ispunjena, te će ostati lojalni onima koji zadovoljavaju njihove želje i potrebe. Osim ispunjenja očekivanja, veliku prednost kod potrošača imaju poduzeća čijim su se proizvodima oduševili. Na kraju rada biti će prikaz primjera „Dm drogerije markt“ i njihovih programa lojalnosti kojima se nastoji privući i zadržati potrošače. Zaključit će se svim navedenim činjenicama koje su obrađene u radu.
Abstract (english)
This final paper will cover the basic concepts of marketing, development and management through contemporary business. Attention will be paid to the relationships between the two consumer producers, and how consumer loyalty is achieved. Communication requires timely transmission and receipt of information. By paying attention to consumers marketers know what kind of promotion will quickly attract consumers. After that, the handling of the competition will be explained. It is important to consumers that their expectations are met fulfilled, and will remain loyal to those who satisfy their wants and needs. Except fulfillment of expectations, great advantage for consumers are the companies whose products had delighted them. At the end of the paper there will be an example of Dm markt drugstores and their programs loyalties that seek to attract and retain consumers. It will conclude with all of the above facts covered in the paper.
