Abstract
Ovaj rad obrađuje kako marketing poduzeća Podravka d.d. utječe na nas kao kupce u odabiru raznih Podravkinih proizvoda, te zadovoljstva nas kupaca u njihovom korištenju. Predstavljeno je poduzeće Podravka, brandovi i proizvodi koji su nastali osluškujući potrebe potrošača kroz dugogodišnje iskustvo i usavršavanja. Obrađeni su konkurentski proizvodi i konkurencija te je napravljena SWOT analiza. Osim što se rad dotiče na koji način tj. pomoću kojih komunikacijskih kanala Podravka komunicira s potrošačima prikazani su i rezultati provedenog anketnog upitnika. Istraživanje je provedeno u razdoblju 10. – 30. lipnja 2019. godine na 307 ispitanika. Na osnovu podataka dobivenih osobnim istraživanjem i provedene ankete, o Podravkinim i konkurentskim proizvodima te promidžbi, izveden je zaključak završnog rada.
Abstract (english)
This paper addresses the influence of marketing activities performed by Podravka d.d. on the ways customers select specific products as well as their satisfaction levels. It introduces both the company and its brands and products created using years of experience and improvement and responding to the needs of customers. Competitive products and competition were analyzed and SWOT analysis was performed. The paper shows how Podravka communicates with consumers, ie. which communication channels it uses. Additionaly, it presents the survey results. The survey was conducted in the period from the 10th to the 30th of June, 2019 among 307 respondents. Based on the data obtained from personal research and the survey on products made by Podravka and competitive companies and promotions, the final conclusion was drawn.
