Abstract
Funkcija nabave predstavlja jednu od osnovnih funkcija u svakom poduzeću te ovaj rad navodi razloge zbog kojih nabava predstavlja temelj svakog poduzeća. Osnovni razlog je taj što nabava osigurava opskrbu materijalom potrebnim za proizvodnju, proizvodima za prodaju te potrošnim i uredskim materijalom za obavljanje administrativnih poslova. Poseban fokus je na upravljanju lancem opskrbe čija je osnovna zadaća povezati poslovanje od proizvođača skroz do potrošača. Na taj način moguće je unaprijediti poslovanje svakog od sudionika tog lanca te maksimalno zadovoljiti želje i potrebe potrošača. Proces nabave prikazan je na primjeru poduzeća Agronom d.o.o. iz Požege. Spomenuto poduzeće odabrano je za primjer iz razloga što predstavlja jedno od vodećih poljoprivrednih poduzeća u Republici Hrvatskoj.
Abstract (english)
The purchasing function is one of the basic functions in each company and this document lists the reasons why purchasing is the foundation of each enterprise. The main reason is that the purchasing department provides the supply of materials needed for production, products for sale and consumables and office supplies for performing administrative tasks. Special focus is placed on supply chain management, whose basic task is to ensure manufacturers and consumers are connected via business. In doing so, it is possible to improve the business of each of the participants of this chain and to fully satisfy the wishes and needs of the consumer. The purchasing process is presented on the example of Agronom d.o.o. from Požega. The mentioned company was selected as an example of this paper because it is one of the leading agricultural companies in the Republic of Croatia.
