Abstract
Ekonomska politika predstavlja odgovarajući skup mjera, a koje provodi država, s ciljem usmjeravanja gospodarstva u određenom smjeru, ali i s ciljem postizanja općeg blagostanja. Drugim riječima, ekonomska politika je proces formuliranja i provođenja odluka u privrednom životu, odnosno skup intervencija vlade na određeni ekonomski proces, a koje su poduzete kako bi se ostvario određeni utjecaj na konačan rezultat. Monetarna politika u ovom slučaju, kao dio ekonomske politike, uz pomoć određenih instrumenata i mjera, nastoji ispuniti ključne zadaće. Među njima posebice se ističu: puna zaposlenost, zatim stabilnost cijena, porast bruto domaćeg proizvoda te održavanje platno – bilančne ravnoteže.
Abstract (english)
Economic policy represents a set of measures implemented by the state, with the goal of directing the economy in a certain direction, but also with the aim of achieving general well-being. In other words, economic policy is the process of formulating and implementing decisions in the economic environment, which is a set of government interventions on a particular economic process that are undertaken to exert influence on the final outcome. In this case, monetary policy, as part of economic policy seeks to fulfill certain important tasks through the use of certain instruments and measures. Among them, the most notable ones are: full employment, price stability, increase in gross domestic product and lastly, maintaining the balance of payments.
