Abstract
Ovaj rad objašnjava sustav „Upravo na vrijeme (JIT)” u poslovnoj logistici, koji se odnosi na smanjivanje troškova proizvodnje, vremena koje predmet provede spremljen u skladištu, odnosno na izbjegavanje skladištenja. Glavni cilj ovog sustava je ubrzavanje čitavog procesa i uklanjanje svih nepotrebnih koraka u procesu. Ovaj sustav koristi materijale i dijelove samo u nužnoj količini sa najmanjim mogućim protokom vremena. Također uklanja potrebu za dvostrukom kontrolom kvalitete. „Upravo na vrijeme” sustavi mogu biti korišteni u proizvodnji, prodaji i logistici. U ovome radu najviše pažnje ću posvetiti sustavu „Upravo na vrijeme” u poslovnoj logistici.
Abstract (english)
This paper explains “Just-in-time (JIT)” system in business logistics that is focused on reducing the costs of production, reducing the time the good spend stored in a warehouse or avoid storing at all. The main goal of this system is to speed up the whole process of logistics and eliminating all unnecessary things in the process. This system use materials and parts only in the necessary quantity with minimum time flow. It also eliminates the need for double quality control. „JIT“ systems can be used in production, sales, and logistics. In this paper, I primarily will focus on „JIT“ system in business logistics.
