Abstract
Danas se na odnose s javnošću (Public Relations) gleda kao na dvosmjernu komunikaciju između poduzeća i njezine poslovne okoline odnosno javnosti s ciljem postizanja društvene odgovornosti i ostvarivanja povjerenja i emocionalnih veza s kupcima. Također, može se reći kako su upravo odnosi s javnošću velika potpora funkcija marketingu. Cilj ovog završnog rada je pojasniti ulogu i značaj odnosa s javnošću. U radu se kao primjer dobre prakse navodi primjer Coca Cole HBC Hrvatska koja je uspjela izgraditi emocionalnu vezu sa svojom javnošću i na taj način se izdvojiti od svojih konkurenata.
Abstract (english)
Today, Public Relations is viewed as a two-way communication between the company and its business environment, and the public in order to achieve social responsibility and to achieve trust and emotional connections with customers. Also, it can be said that public relations are a great support for marketing functions. The aim of this final work is to clarify the role and significance of public relations. In the paper, as an example of good practice, the example of Coca Cola HBC Croatia, which has managed to build an emotional connection with its public and thus be extracted from its competitors.
