Abstract
U posljednje vrijeme oglašavanje više ne donosi iste rezultate kao do prije par godina i upravo je razlog tome prevelika gužva u oglasnom prostoru i medijskom tržištu, kao i velika ponuda različitih proizvoda i usluga. Svima je poznato je da svaki mediji ima svoje prednosti i nedostatke, a upravo uspješno ulaganje u marketinšku komunikaciju znači da samo poduzeće odlučuje koje oblike komunikacije će koristiti te da li će oglašavanje biti uspješno ili ne. Bitno je da poduzeće koristi svoje zadane ciljeve u marketinškoj strategiji kako bi poslovanje bilo što uspješnije, jer upravo je to ono što je najbitnije i najpotrebnije za uspjeh jednoga poduzeća. Stoga potrošači sve više sami kontroliraju svoja iskustva u okviru marketinških komunikacija koje su im namijenjene. Internetske društvene mreže utjecale su na suvremeni način poslovanja te su pokrenule veliku transformaciju komunikacijskih i marketinških poslovnih strategija. Tako su se marketinške komunikacije odrazile na sportske i financijske ciljeve Nogometnog kluba Osijek. Širenjem interneta otvorile su se nove mogućnosti komuniciranja s potrošačima gdje možemo izdvojiti blogove, forume i chatove, što je dodatno poboljšalo marketinške ciljeve Nogometnog kluba Osijek. Stoga su klasični komunikacijski alati odbačeni i prihvaćeni sasvim novi oblici komuniciranja i reklamiranja. Potrebno je upoznati se s najčešćim poduzetničkim greškama u marketinškoj komunikaciji te saznati na koji način ih izbjeći.
Abstract (english)
Modern lifestyle and changes in everyday communication have led to changes in advertising. In addition to the classic forms of mass communication with consumers, the role of social networks in communicating with consumers is increasingly emphasized. A company uses its set goals as part of their marketing strategy to make the business more successful, because that is what has become the most important and needed element for the success of a company. Consumers are increasingly controlling their experiences within marketing communications aimed at them. Social networks have influenced the modern way of doing business and initiated a major transformation of communication and marketing business strategies. Marketing communications have thus reflected on the sports and financial goals of the Osijek Football Club. The expansion of the Internet has opened up new opportunities for communication with consumers, especially blogs, forums and chatrooms, which has further enhanced the marketing goals of the Osijek Football Club. Therefore, classic communication tools have been rejected and completely new forms of communication and advertising have been adopted.
