Abstract
Anksioznodepresivni poremećaj je vrlo čest poremećaj u psihijatriji. Anksioznost i depresija su među vodećim bolestima suvremenog doba gdje je od izuzetne važnosti pravovremeno utvrđivanje postojanja jednog od poremećaja ili kombinacija oba kako bi se mogla pružiti adekvatna pomoć te poboljšati kvaliteta života. Osobe kojima je dijagnosticiran anksioznodepresivni poremećaj isplovljavaju simptomima anksioznog i depresivnog poremećaja u kombinaciji. Simptomi nijednog od poremećaja nisu izrazito dominantni, stoga se ne može govoriti samo o anksioznosti ili samo depresiji. Širok je spektar mogućnosti liječenja psihičkih poremećaja te mogućnost kombinacije farmakoterapije sa psihoterapijom kako bi osoba usvojila vještine ophođenja i razvila svijest o vlastitome stanju. Odgovarajući način tretiranja stanja osobe ovisi o njenim individualnim karakteristikama, intenzitetu i vremenskom trajanju poremećaja.
Abstract (english)
Mixed anxietydepressive disorder is a very common disorder in psychiatry. Nowadays, anxiety and depression are among the leading disorders, it is important to diagnose at least one disorder or the combination of both disorders early which helps choosing the proper treatment that can improve the quality of life. People with diagnosed mixed anxietydepressive disorder have symptoms of anxiety and depression in combination. Symptoms of both disorder are not dominant in anyway, so it is not possible to say it is just one disorder. The wide range of possibility of treating psychiatric disorders and possibility to combinate pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy can provide development to skills of dealing and making consciousness of their own state. The adequate way of treating the disorder depends on individual characteristics like intensity and duration of the disorder.
