Abstract
Trgovina je imala i još uvijek ima značajnu ulogu u gospodarskom razvoju. Tema ovog završnog rada je analiza čimbenika uloge lokacije kod potrošačevog izbora nekog nezavisnog trgovačkog lanca. Cilj ovog završnog rada je analizirati čimbenike važnosti lokacije kod potrošačevog izbora prodavaonice nezavisnog trgovačkog lanca. Kako bi se bolje razumjela prikazana analiza, u ovom radu opisuju se osnovni pojmovi važnosti ponašanja potrošača te ciljevi proučavanja ponašanja potrošača te definicije lokacije. Nakon provedene ankete čimbenika važnosti lokacije preko Google obrasca, zaključeno je da je lokacija važan faktor za potrošačev izbor.
Abstract (english)
Commerce had and still has important role in economic development. Subject matter of this bachelor thesis is analysis of role that location has in consumers choice of an independent retail chain. Goal of this thesis is analyzing importance factors of store location in the consumers choice of a store from an independent retail chain. To better understand shown analysis, in this thesis basic notions of importance of consumer behavior are shown, along with goals of studying consumer behavior and defining location. After conducting questionnaire for importance factors of store location using Google forms, it was concluded that location is important factor for consumers choice.
