Abstract
Danas, poslovanje bez korištenja Interneta je nezamislivo. Internet omogućuje postojanje trgovine bez fizičkog kontakta, a uz to smanjuje i troškove posrednika u trgovanju. U poslovnoj praksi, Internet trgovina se može pronaći pod raznim nazivima kao što su online trgovina, web shop, web trgovina ili virtualna trgovina, a kupovina proizvoda i usluga analogna je kupovini u fizičkoj trgovini. Internet trgovina nudi različite kanale i modele komunikacije između potrošača i trgovaca, visoke standarde sigurnosti i zaštite podataka, visoke standarde za pretragu te pregled asortimana proizvoda. Cilj rada je prikazati značajke, obilježja, prednosti i nedostatke Internet trgovine s posebnim osvrtom na web shop high street brenda ZARA.
Abstract (english)
Today, run a business without using the Internet is unimaginable. The Internet enables the existence of trade without physical contact, and the same time reduces the costs of trading intermediaries. In business practice, an online store can be found under various names such as an online store, a web shop, a web store or a virtual store and buying products and services is analogous to buying in a physical store. The Internet store offers various channels and models of communication between consumers and retailers, high standards of security and data protection, high standards for search and review of the product range. The aim of this paper is to present the features, characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of the Internet store with special reference to the web shop of high street brand ZARA.
