Abstract
Poznato je da je bavljenje sportom promocija zdravlja, ali on sa sobom nosi i brojne ozljede. Današnji nogomet iziskuje od igrača visoki nivo fizičke pripremljenosti. Svakodnevni treninzi i veliki broj utakmica predstavljaju stres za organizam nogometaša, što predstavlja mogućnost nastanka ozljede. Ozljede mogu biti prisutne zbog pretreniranosti ili pak zbog nepravilnog treniranja. Zbog učestalih ozljeda u nogometu, od kojih su ozljede donjih ekstremiteta najčešće, sve se više pažnje posvećuje njihovoj prevenciji. Ako se utvrde uzroci nastanka sportskih ozljeda, tada se može reagirati brže i efikasnije u liječenju i rehabilitaciji, kao i u prevenciji nastanka ozljeda u sportaša. Na smanjenje broja i težine ozljeda sportaša može se utjecati na više područja sportske pripreme. Rehabilitacija, ali i prevencija ozljeda u sportu mora biti individualno planirana za svakog sportaša. Bitna stvar u rehabilitaciji je educirati i motivirati sportaša na rad i oporavak, a tu veliku ulogu ima fizioterapeut. Koristeći se raznim procedurama fizikalne terapije, sportašu se nastoji u potpunosti vratiti mogućnost sudjelovanja u treninzima i natjecanjima, a isto tako važno je vratiti mu i narušeno psihofizičko stanje.
Abstract (english)
It is well known that playing sports benefits our health but it as well brings us a lot of injuries. Today's soccer requires high level of the physical ability from its players. Every day exercises and a large number of matches bring a lot of stress to a body of the soccer player which in return brings us possible injuries. They can be due to improper training or due to over exercising. Because these injuries are quite common, with lower extremities being the most frequently affected, we devote more attention towards precautionary measures. If we determine the cause of the injury on time, we are able to react faster and more efficient with the treatment and the rehabilitation. Furthermore, knowing what causes certain injuries; we have higher chances of preventing them. There are several domains which work on reducing the number and severity of the injuries of the athletes. Rehabilitation and prevention must be planned individually for each person. The important part of the rehabilitation is to educate and motivate the athlete for working and recovering which is mostly physiotherapist's responsibility. Using different procedures of physical therapy, we are trying to completely recover athlete’s psychophysical state as well as the ability to perform on practices and competitions.
