Abstract
U ovom završnom radu opisuju se poremećaji u prehrani kod adolescenata, koji su njihovi uzroci, kakve posljedice donose i način na koji se poremećaji u prehrani liječe. Poremećaji prehrane su karakterizirani teškim smetnjama u prehrambenim navikama i ponašanjima. Postoje dva osnovna poremećaja prehrane: anoreksija nervoza i bulimija nervoza. Zajedničko im je što kod oba poremećaja postoji velika želja za mršavošću i vlastiti osjećaj vrijednosti je isključivo vezan za percepciju slike vlastitog tijela. U novije vrijeme dolazi do pojave novog poremećaja u prehrani, ortoreksije u kojoj dolazi do patološke potrebe za konzumiranjem isključivo zdrave hrane. Liječenje poremećaja u prehrani dugo je i mukotrpno i nekad se ne uspije doći do željenih rezultata. Od iznimne je važnosti što ranije prepoznati poremećaje u prehrani kako bi se što ranije započelo s liječenjem istih. U liječenju se primjenjuje psihoterapiju, medikamentnu terapiju, a kod težih slučajeva nužna je hospitalizacija.
Abstract (english)
This final work describes eating disoreders in adolescence, its causes and cosenqunces and the treatment. Eating disorders are characterized by severe disturbances in eating habits and behavior. There are two main eating disorders: anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa. Both disorders have in common strong desire for thinness and increased self-estheem as well as the improved perception of the body image. New eating disorders are recorded in the last few years and the most prominent one is the orthorexia nervosa which is characterized by strong crew for healthy food only.. Treatment of eating disorders is a long and arduous and sometimes we fail to get the desired results. It is extremely important to recognize eating disorders as early as possible since it is the only way to start treatment in time. Therapy for eathing disorders are psychotherapy, psychoactive drugs and, in severe cases, hospitalization is required.
