Abstract
Poljoprivreda se, kao jedna od najvažnijih djelatnosti na svijetu, bavi proizvodnjom prehrambenih proizvoda. Ti proizvodi mogu biti biljnih i životinjskih vrsta koje nastaju uzgajanjem uz ljudski napor. Prva smisao poljoprivrede je bila prehrana vlastite obitelji, a danas ona postaje važna za cijeli svijet. Prva je karika lanca opskrbe hranom, stoga poljoprivredi treba dati veliku važnost. Međutim, kao i sve ostale djelatnosti u svojem poslovanju susreće se s nizom problema i izazova. Ulaskom u Europsku uniju, putem Zajedničke poljoprivredne politike nastoje se ujednačiti svi propisi i mjere radi lakšeg kontroliranja i uspoređivanja. Tim je činom Republika Hrvatska postala konkurentnija zemlja na području tog teritorija jer su se otvorile nove mogućnosti proširenja poljoprivredne djelatnosti. Kvaliteta hrvatskih proizvoda nije upitna i s ukidanjem troškova, poput carina, čak i mali proizvođači mogu uspjeti.
Abstract (english)
Engaged in food production agriculture is one of the most important activities in the world. The products created by cultivation with human effort may be herbal or animal. The first purpose of agriculture was feeding your own family, but today it is becoming important to the whole world. It is the first link of the food supply chain, so it should be given great importance. However, there are several problems and challenges as well as in many other activities. By joining the European Union, the Common Agricultural Policies seek to harmonize all regulations and measures to facilitate supervision and establishment. Accordingly, Republic of Croatia became a competitive country in the area because it opened up new opportunities for expanding agricultural activities. The quality of Croatian products is not questionable and with the abolition of costs, such as customs duties, even small producers can succeed.
