Abstract
Poslovno okruženje je vrlo promjenjivo, i poduzeća danas ne mogu sebi priuštiti da ignoriraju međunarodna tržišta. Zemlje širom svijeta sve više ovise o međusobnim robama i uslugama. Etička pitanja se javljaju kod donošenja odluka o cijenama, kod upravljanja proizvodima i distribucijskim kanalima, te kod donošenja odluka o promidžbi, i sa svim ovim odlukama i akcijama su usko povezana. Etika uči što je moralno i prihvatljivo, a što nije, koje djelovanje je moralno, odnosno općekorisno i poželjno, kako za pojedinca tako i za cijelu organizaciju. Etičnost u poslovanju nije niti fikcija niti ukrasni pridjev izjava o misiji ili viziji poduzeća, već ona izravno utječe na imidž poduzeća u javnosti i u njezinu poslovnom okruženju. U empirijskom istraživanju će se prikazati kako poduzeće HEP primjenjuje etiku u svom poslovanju.
Abstract (english)
The business environment is very changeable, and a company today cannot afford to ignore international markets. Countries around the world are increasingly dependent on each other for goods and services. Ethical issues arise when deciding on prices, managing products or distribution channels and also when making decisions about advertising which are closely related to all these decisions and actions. Ethics teaches what is moral or right and what is not. What action is moral and is, generally, beneficial and desirable both for individuals and the entire organization. Business ethics is neither fiction nor a decorative translation of a company's mission or vision statement, but it directly affects the company's image in the public and in its business environment. The empirical research will show how HEP applies ethics in its business.
