Abstract
Dinamička neuromuskularna stabilizacija (DNS) predstavlja koncept koji se temelji na dubokoj stabilizaciji mišićno – koštanog sustava. Temelj koncepta je razvojna kineziologija, odnosno temeljne faze motoričkog razvoja djeteta u prvoj godini života. Koncept predstavlja spoj dinamike, motorne kontrole, lokomotornog sustava i stabilizacije. Vrlo je važno stabilizirati trup kako bi se omogućila nesmetana funkcionalnost pokreta jer da bi se omogućio bilo kakav pokret, potrebna je prvenstveno stabilnost. Za stabilizaciju trupa važna je centriranost zgloba koja se kod ljudi postupno razvija u prvoj godini života. Nadalje, osim mišića koji služe kao stabilizatori, veliku ulogu imaju intraabdominalni tlak i integrirani stabilizacijski sustav. Koncept se koristi kod različitih disfunkcija i za cilj ima vraćanje narušenih funkcija. Cilj ovoga rada je prikazati primjenu koncepta dinamičke neuromuskularne stabilizacije u suvremenoj fizioterapiji.
Abstract (english)
Dynamic neuromuscular stabilization (DNS) is a concept based on deep stabilization of the musculoskeletal system. The basis of the concept is developmental kinesiology, the basic stages of motor development of a child in the first year of life. The concept is a combination of dynamics, motor control, locomotor system and stabilization. It is very important to stabilize the torso in order to enable the smooth functionality of the movement because in order to allow any movement, stability is needed first and foremost. The centering of the joint is important for the stabilization of the trunk, which gradually develops in people in the first year of life. Furthermore, in addition to the muscles that serve as stabilizers, intra-abdominal pressure and an integrated stabilization system play a major role. The concept is used for various dysfunctions and for the purpose of restoring ordered functions. The aim of this paper is presented by an example of the concept of dynamic neuromuscular stabilization in modern physiotherapy.
