One of the most exciting features of sales is the possibility of interaction with a range of different customers. It can be said that the communication is the very core of professional sales and it is of extreme importance for the salesmen to learn how to have a skilful and meaningful communication. When sales are concerned, there are two areas where research is especially applied. The first area concerns planning and forecasting, preceded by additional researches of conjunctural developments and assessment of market and sales potential. The other area concerns the analysis of sales results, where achieved results are compared with those initially planned by the company, and in that way success or failure in business activities can be assessed. Mali zidar is a construction company founded in 1995 as a trade, and in year 2008 in the process of merging it became a company. The company started its business with four employees and performed activities of family houses reconstruction in Slavonia region.
