Abstract
Hijerarhija pravnih propisa raspored je pravnih propisa na pravnoj ljestvici. Drugim riječima, pravni sustav ne čini skup jednakih zakona i propisa, već zakona i propisa koji njihove pravne učinke razlikuju. Ova razlika u pravnom učinku utjecat će na njihov status u pravnom sustavu, a rangirani su prema razini zakona i propisa. Hijerarhijska struktura zakona i propisa ujedinjuje i usklađuje uloge različitih zakona i propisa u pravnom sustavu. U radu su navedeni svi pravni propisi te hijerarhijski poredani počevši od Ustava Republike Hrvatske preko međunarodnih ugovora pa sve do zakona, podzakonskih propisa te ustavnih običaja bez kojih ne bi postojala hijerarhija pravnih propisa.
Abstract (english)
The hierarchy of legal regulations is the arrangement of legal regulations on the legal scale. In other words, a legal system is not a set of equal laws and regulations, but laws and regulations that differentiate their legal effects. This difference in legal performance will affect their status in the legal system, and they are ranked according to the level of laws and regulations. The hierarchical structure of laws and regulations unites and harmonizes the roles of different laws and regulations in the legal system. The paper lists all legal regulations and is hierarchically arranged starting from the Constitution of the Republic of Croatia through international agreements to laws, bylaws and constitutional customs without which there would be no hierarchy of legal regulations.
