Abstract
Narcizam je obrazac ponašanja kojeg karakteriziraju osjećaj grandioznosti, nedostatak empatije i potreba za divljenjem. Nedostatak ovog poremećaja je nemogućnost uspostavljanja zdravih i trajnih odnosa. Narcistični poremećaj ličnosti se može smatrati kao prednost ukoliko su velike ambicije, samopouzdanje i marljivost u društvu. Prognoza i tijek narcizma je kroničan i teško ga je liječiti. Moguće su komplikacije poremećaja raspoloženja ili somatoformni poremećaj. Prema Freudu narcizam dijelimo u dvije glave vrste, a to su primarni i sekundarni oblik. Ostali podtipovi narcizma su maligni, antisocijalni, depresivni i opsesivno-kompulzivni tip. Osobe koje pate od narcističnog poremećaja ličnosti rijetko se javljaju na psihoterapiju. U današnje vrijeme narcizam je ozbiljan poremećaj, koji ne pogađa samo pojedince nego u sve većoj mjeri pogađa društvo.
Abstract (english)
Narcissm is the pattern of behaviour which is characterized by pattern of grandiosity, lack of empathy and need for admiration. Disadvatage of this disorder is the impossibility of establishing a healty and lasting relationships. Narcissistic personality disorder be considered as an advantage if big ambitions, confidence and diligence in society. Prognosis and course od narcissism is chronic and difficult to cure. It is posibble complications of mood disorder or somatoform disorder. According to Freud, narcissism is divided into two main types, the primary and secondary forms. Other subtypes of narcissism are malignant, antisocial, depressive and obsessive-compulsive type. People suffering from narcissistic personality disorde rarely come to psychotherapy. Nowadays, narcissism is a serious disorder, which affects not only individuals but increasingly affects society.
