Abstract
Demografska istraživanja od velike su važnosti za svaku zemlju. Prirodni čimbenici koji utječu na demografsko kretanje su najvažniji pokazatelji demografske slike svake zemlje a tako i Hrvatske. U te čimbenike ubrajamo : natalitet, mortalitet, struktura stanovništva prema dobu i spolu, obujam radnosposobnog stanovništva te migracije. Gospodarski čimbenici kao što su : stopa zaposlenosti, odnosno nezaposlenosti, BDP, te stopa inflacije predstavljaju ekonomsku razvijenost zemlje. Stanovništvo je glavni faktor u gospodarskom razvitku neke zemlje, stoga sve promjene u demografskoj strukturi stanovništva odrazit će se na gospodarski razvitak zemlje.
Abstract (english)
Demographic research is of great importance for every country.Natural factors influencing demographic trends are the most important indicators of the demographic picture of each country, including Croatia.These factors include: birth rate, mortality, population structure by age and sex, working-age population and migration.Economic factors such as: employment/unemployment rate, GDP and inflation rate represent the economic development of the country.Population is a major factor in the economic development of a country, so any changes in the demographic structure of the population will affect the economic development of the country.
