Abstract
U modernom i globalnom svijetu, uz mnoge tehnološke i društvene iskorake, nezaposlenost i socijalna pitanja još su uvijek jedna od glavnih društvenih problema. Iako suvremeno poduzetništvo potpomaže u otvaranju radnih mjesta i rastu gospodarstva općenito, socijalno poduzetništvo usmjereno je ka rješavanju društvenih problema, a posebice poboljšanju kvalitete života marginaliziranih skupina. Kroz inovativne pristupe, društvenu svijest i suradnju, socijalna poduzeća mogu pridonijeti stvaranju održivijeg i pravednijeg društva. Cilj rada je prikazati socijalno poduzetništvo na primjeru Udruga žena Vukovar koja kroz svoju viziju, misiju, djelovanje i projekte promiče pozitivne promjene na području Vukovarsko-srijemske županije.
Abstract (english)
In the modern and global world, along with many technological and social breakthroughs, unemployment and social issues are still one of the main social problems. Although modern entrepreneurship helps in job creation and growth of the economy in general, social entrepreneurship is aimed at solving social problems, and especially improving the quality of life of marginalized groups. Through innovative approaches, social awareness and collaboration, social enterprises can contribute to creating a more sustainable and equitable society. The aim of the paper is to show social entrepreneurship on the example of Udruga žena Vukovar (Women's association Vukovar), which through its vision, mission, activities and projects promotes positive changes in the Vukovar-Srijem County.
