Abstract
U završnom radu razmatraju se strateški pristupi rješavanju sukoba u organizaciji. U svakoj se organizaciji povremeno događaju sukobi, zbog čega je glavni cilj menadžera u tom kontekstu znati upravljati sukobima na način da sukob u konačnici bude produktivan, odnosno da rezultira rješenjima koja su pogodna za daljnje poslovanje. Sukobi koji eskaliraju, u kojima se napada određena osoba, i kojima i nije cilj unaprijediti radne rezultate, mogu biti opasni za radni kolektiv, a time i za cjelokupnu organizaciju jer mogu uzrokovati povećanu fluktuaciju zaposlenika, apsentizam, itd. Posredno, loše upravljanje sukobima utječe i na reputaciju poduzeća. U tom kontekstu, menadžeri bi trebali biti dovitljivi i strateški pristupiti rješavanju sukoba u organizaciji te iz sukoba izvući najbolje. Kako bi se poboljšale vještine rješavanja sukoba, i zaposlenici, i menadžeri, trebali bi raditi na poboljšanju svojih komunikacijskih vještina. Komunikacijske vještine su nužne za uspješno obavljanje bilo kojeg posla. Zbog toga je glavni cilj rada determinirati strateške pristupe rješavanju sukoba u organizaciji. Metode koje se u tu svrhu koriste su metoda usporedbe, metoda kompiliranja, analiza i sinteza.
Abstract (english)
In the final paper, strategic approaches to conflict resolution in the organization are considered. Conflicts occasionally occur in every organization, which is why the main goal of managers in this context is to know how to manage conflicts in such a way that the conflict is ultimately productive, that is, it results in solutions that are suitable for further business. Conflicts that escalate, in which a specific person is attacked, and whose goal is not to improve work results, can be dangerous for the work team, and thus for the entire organization, because they can cause increased employee turnover, absenteeism, etc. Indirectly, poor conflict management affects and on the company's reputation. In this context, managers should be resourceful and strategically approach conflict resolution in the organization and get the best out of the conflict. In order to improve conflict resolution skills, both employees and managers should work on improving their communication skills. Communication skills are necessary for the successful performance of any job. Therefore, the main goal of the work is to determine strategic approaches to conflict resolution in the organization. The methods used for this purpose are the method of comparison, the method of compilation, analysis and synthesis.
