Abstract
Ovaj rad će se baviti definiranjem bračne stečevine, upravljanjem, dakle, uređenjem imovinskih odnosa, te rješavanjem problema vezanih za imovinu bračnih drugova. S obzirom da bračni drugovi u braku ostvaruju zajedničku imovinu, odnosno interese, u brak ulaze i s ranije stečenom imovinom, tj. vlastitom imovinom, o kojima će se govoriti dalje u radu. Zbog ravnopravnosti bračnih drugova u braku, može doći i do različitih shvaćanja, te pitanja kako i na koji način upravljati imovinom. Cilj rada je detaljno opisati kako bračni drugovi mogu upravljati imovinom, koja prava imaju, te kako se mogu riješiti problemi koji se tiču imovine, ukoliko dođe do njih.
Abstract (english)
This paper will deal with marital acquest defining, conduction und regulation of property relations as well as solving problems concerning the property of a married couple. Considering that married couples during marriage acquire marital property of property interests, they also enter into marriage with previously acquired possessions which will be dealt with later on in this paper. Due to equality of a married couple, it can come to different perceptions as well as questions of how to conduct a property. The aim of this paper is to describe in detail how married couples can conduct their property, which rights do they have and how to solve problems concerning property, if it comes to that kind of problems.
