Abstract
Ustanova je pravna osoba čije je osnivanje i ustrojstvo uređeno Zakonom o ustanovama. Osniva se aktom o osnivanju ustanove. U pravilu, osnivaju ih Republika Hrvatska i jedinice lokalne i područne (regionalne) samouprave, ali mogu ih osnivati i pravne i fizičke osobe. Sjedište ustanove je mjesto u kojem ustanova obavlja svoju djelatnost. Aktom o osnivanju određuje se djelatnost ustanove koja se upisuje u sudski registar ustanova. Statutom ustanove uređuje se unutarnje ustrojstvo sukladno zakonu i aktu o osnivanju. Imovinu ustanove čine sredstva za rad koja osigurava osnivač ustanove kao sredstva koja su ustanovi potrebna za osnivanje i početak rada. Čine je i sredstva stečena pružanjem usluga i prodajom proizvoda te sredstva pribavljenja iz drugih izvora, kao npr. sredstva državnog proračuna, proračuna jedinice lokalne i područne (regionalne) samouprave, zaklada, donacija, sponzorstva, darova, izravnih ulaganja pojedinaca, trgovačkih društava i drugih pravnih osoba.
Abstract (english)
An institution is a legal person whose establishment and organization is regulated by the Institution Act. It is based on the founding act of the institution. As a general rule, they are established by the Republic of Croatia and the units of local and regional self-government, but they can also be established by both legal and natural persons. The headquarters of the institution is the place where the institution carries out its activity. The founding act determines the activity of the institution that is inscribed in the court register of the institutions. The statute of the institution regulates the internal organization in accordance with the law and the founding act. The asset of the institution consists of the operating funds which are provided by the founder of the institution as the resources necessary for the establishment and commencement of work. It also consists of the assets acquired by offering services and selling products, and the resources procured from other sources, for example, state budget fund, the budget of the unit of local and regional self-government, foundations, donations, sponsorships, offerings, direct investments of individuals, companies and other legal persons.
