Abstract
Bolni lumbalni sindrom se uz kardiovaskularne probleme ubraja među najučestalije zdrastvene probleme današnjice. Uzrokuju ga različiti faktori, kao što su: moderan način života, sjedilački način života, nedovoljna tjelesna aktivnost, teški fizički poslovi, nepravilno držanje kao i mnogi drugi. Statistički podaci upujuću na to da oko 80% populacije barem jednom godišnje osjeti bol u donjem dijelu leđa, koja se kasnije ponovno može javiti. U ovom radu provedeno je i istraživanje s ciljem utvrđivanja razine kvalitete života kod osoba sa bolnim lumbalnim sindromom. Istraživanje je provedeno u dvije županije, točnije na području Međimurske i Vukovarsko-srijemske županije, a sveukupno je sudjelovalo 60 ispitanika, tj. u svakoj županji po 30 ispitanika. Za prikupljanje podataka koristila se anketa prema slučajnim odabirom ispitanika, a sve s ciljem određivanja stupnja ograničenja obavljanja aktivnosti, kako profesionalnih tako i neprofesionalnih te s ciljem usporedbe rezultata na području obje županije. Na osnovu dobivenih rezultata može se zaključiti kako je razina kvalitete života sa bolnim lumbalnim sindromom smanjenja. Odnosno pacijenti osjećaju ograničenja i nesposobnosti obavljanja aktivnosti svakodnevnog života, uključujući i boravak na radnom mjestu i rekreativnih aktivnosti.
Abstract (english)
Lumbar pain syndrome is with cardiovascular problems one of the most common health problems nowadays. It is caused by various factors, such as: modern way of life, sedentary lifestyle, inadequate physical activity, heavy physical work, improper posture, as well as many others. Statistical data suggest that about 80% of the population at least once a year feel the pain in the lower back, which can be repeated later. Within this paper, a study has been made out to determine the quality of life on people with lumbar pain syndrome. The study was conducted in two countys, more precisely in the Međimurje and Vukovarko-Srijemskoj, in which we assamble a total of 60 respondents, in each county per 30 respondents. The survey was used to collect the data by random selection of the respondents, all with the aim of determining the degree of limitation for the performance of activities, both professional and non-professional, and in order to compare the results in the area of both counties. Based on the obtained results, it can be concluded that the life quality of people with lumbar pain syndrome has decreased. Patients, on the other hand, feel limitations and inability to perform daily life activities, including workplace and non-professional activities.
