Abstract
Trgovina je gospodarska djelatnost koja se obavlja sa svrhom kupovine radi daljnje prodaje robe i približavanja robe potrošaču - kupcu. Robna razmjena njezina je osnovna djelatnost. Osim razmjene trgovina obavlja i dio proizvodnog procesa. Trgovinu možemo raščlanjivati i razvrstavati po raznim kriterijima no obično se raščlanjuje na trgovinu na malo, na unutarnju trgovinu, trgovinu na veliko i na vanjsku trgovinu. Dok trgovinu na veliko čine sve transakcije u kojima kupac namjerava upotrijebiti proizvod za preprodaju, za izradu drugih proizvoda ili za opće poslovne operacije, o trgovini na malo govori se onda kada se radi o opsluživanju konačnoga potrošača ili konačnog korisnika kao kupca. Diskontna je prodavaonica oblik maloprodaje u kojem robu prodaju uz popust (diskont) u odnosu na maloprodajne cijene. Niske cijene moguće su zahvaljujući sniženim troškovima u procesima rada (jer nema usluge), i zbog velike količine robe. U radu se obrađuje oblikovanje prodavaonice s primjerom maloprodajnog lanca diskontnih prodavaonica Lidl. Od početka industrijalizacije pojavljivali su se problemi oko raspoređivanja resursa koji zahvaća proizvodni sistem. Razvojem tržišta a posebice industrijske proizvodnje, količine materijala koje se koriste u procesima rada su sve veće i veće, te se operacije trebaju obaviti u što kraćem vremenu zbog sve veće potražnje.
Abstract (english)
Trade is an economic activity that is carried out for the purpose of purchasing goods intended for further sale and bringing the good closer to the consumer/buyer. Its core business is the exchange of goods. Besides goods exchange, it also performs the part of a manufacturing process. Trade can be sorted out and classified by means of various criteria, but it is usually known as retail trade, domestic trade, wholesale trade and foreign trade. Whilst wholesale trade encompasses all transactions by which the buyer intends to resale a product, manufacture new products or use the goods for general business operations, retail trade is referred to when it comes to services provided to end users or final consumers as buyers. A discount shop is a form of retail sale where goods are sold at a discount rate if compared with the retail prices. Low prices are possible by virtue of reduced operating costs (since there is no service), and due to the large amount of goods. This paper deals with the design of the shops providing an example of Lidl retail chain of discount shop. Since the beginning of industrialization, there has been a problem of allocating resources that affects the production system. With the development of the market and industrial production in particular, the quantities of materials used in the work processes are bigger and bigger so that the operations need to bed one in the shortest possible time due to the increasing demand.
