Abstract
E-trgovina je trgovina koja obuhvaća sve radnje koje se provode kroz elektroničke mreže odnosno Internetom, a koji predstavlja komercijalni temelj za primjenu ovakvog poslovanja. Elektronička trgovina može se podijeliti na dva osnovna područja: trgovina između poslovnih subjekata (B2B) te trgovinu usmjerenu prema tržištu krajnjih potrošača svakodnevne potrošnje (B2C). Elektronički načini plaćanja mogu se naći u različitim izvedbama: digitalni čekovi, debitne kartice, kreditne kartice, kartice s pohranjenom vrijednosti, plaćanje pay-palom, plaćanje pouzećem, plaćanje općom uplatnicom. Cilj rada je istražiti E-trgovinu u Republici Hrvatskoj koja danas bilježi veliki rast s posebnim osvrtom na Konzum d.d. koji je svojim kupcima ponudio mogućnost kupovine putem e-trgovine Konzumklik.
Abstract (english)
E-commerce is a trade that encompasses all activities carried out through the electronic network or the Internet, which is the commercial basis for the application of this kind of business. Electronic commerce can be divided into two main areas: trade between business subjects (B2B), and consumer oriented trade (B2C). Electronic payment methods can be found in different versions: digital checks, debit cards, credit cards, stored value cards, payment through pay-pal, cash on delivery and payment slips. The aim of this paper is to investigate e-commerce in Croatia, which has grown in the last few years with a special focus on Konzum Ltd. which offered its customers the opportunity to purchase via e-commerce Konzumklik.
