Abstract
Politika zaštite okoliša u praksu se provodi primjenom načela prava okoliša, koja su instrumenti za postizanje ciljeva zaštite okoliša. Dakle, poveznica između ciljeva i politike su načela. Načela domaćeg zakonodavstva koja reguliraju područje zaštite okoliša ne razlikuju se bitno od europskog zakonodavstva. Usklađena su s europskim pravom i iz njega uglavnom proizlaze. U određenim okolnostima, primjena načela se djelomično ili u potpunosti suspendira. To može biti zbog rata, ekonomske krize i sl.
Abstract (english)
Environmental policy is put into practice by applying the principles of environmental law, which are the instruments to achieve the environmental objectives. So the link between goals and policy are principles. The principles of domestic law governing the field of environmental protection do not differ significantly from European legislation. They are in line with and derive from European law. In certain circumstances, the application of the principle is partially or completely suspended. This may be due to war, economic crisis, etc.
