Abstract
Articulatio genus, odnosno zglob koljena smatra se najvećim zglobom našeg tijela. Koljeno je vrlo često ozljeđivan zglob u sportu i rekreaciji. Postoji niz razloga prednje koljenske boli. Vrlo je bitno da se razjasne pojmovno i sadržajno nazivi loše usmjerenje ekstenzornog sustava koljena – patellar malalignment, hondromalacija – chondromalacia patellae, te bol s prednje strane koljena – anterior knee pain. Ozljede koljena sve su češća pojava u današnjem vremenu, a problem koji prati ovu pojavu zadnjih godina jest snižavanje dobnih granica. Hondromalacija patele jest razmekšanje hrskavice različitog stupnja te postoje razne podjele. Ovakvim degerativnim promjenama hrskavice često je teško utvrditi uzrok upravo zbog različitosti istog. Samu dijagnozu hondromalacija patele ne bi trebalo upotrebljavati kao samostalnu dijagnozu.
Abstract (english)
The articulatio genus, also known as the knee joint is considered to be the largest joint in our body. Knee can very often be an injured joint in sports and recreation. There is a multiple of different reasons for anterior knee pain. It is of great importance to clarify conceptual and substantive names of the extensor knee system – patellar malalignment, chondromalacia – chondromalacia patellae, and anterior knee pain. Knee injuries appear to be increasing nowadays and the problem behind this are lowered age limits in the recent years. Chondromalacia of the patella is weakening of the cartilage to varying degrees to which there are various divisions. Cuses of such degenerative cartilage changes can sometimes be difficult to find because of their divergence. Diagnosis of chondromalacia patellae should not be used as a self-diagnosis.
