Abstract
Predmet analize u ovom završnom radu jest organizacija poslovanja poduzeća. Kako odabrati pravu organizacijsku strukturu i kako ju provesti u odnosu na zahtjeve koje svakodnevne promjene donose pred poduzeće. Ovaj rad će pojasniti što je to organizacija, koje su njene vrste, što je karakteristično za svaku vrstu, kako svaka od njih i na koji način djeluje, tko i kako njima upravlja, koji sve čimbenici utječu na rad same organizacije te koji oblici se danas u praksi najviše koriste. Uz samu organizaciju i njene vrste, također će biti objašnjeno koje sve organizacijske strukture poznajemo i koristimo, koje su specifičnosti svake od struktura i uz kakva poduzeća vežemo određene organizacijske strukture, tj. koje organizacijske strukture su najprihvatljivije i najbolje za poduzeća. Sama organizacijska struktura i način podjele rada unutar jednog poduzeća predstavljene su na primjeru poduzeća Hotel Admiral d.o.o. Vinkovci.
Abstract (english)
Subject of analysis in this work is business organisation of the company. How to select the right organisation structure and how to guide it regarding to demands that daily changes bring. This work will explain what an organisation is, what it's types are, what is characteristic for each species, how each of them works, who and how manages them, what factors affect the work of the organisation and what forms are used the most today in practice. In addition to the organization and its types, it will also be explained which organizational structures we know and use, what are the specifics of each structure and what companies we associate with certain organizational structures, and which organizational structures are most acceptable and best for companies. The organizational structure and the way of division of labor within one company are presented on the example of the company Hotel Admiral d.o.o. Vinkovci.
