Abstract
U ovom završnom radu daje se prikaz dugoročnih vrijednosnih papira na tržištu kapitala. U radu se objašnjavaju organizirana tržišta kapitala, odnosno burze kao središnja mjesta trgovanja vrijednosnim papirima. Pojašnjeni su pojmovi koji su vezani uz burzu, vrijednosne papire, vrste burzi i burzovne posrednike. Dugoročne vrijednosne papire moguće je prodavati i kupovati na burzi kao organiziranom mjestu ponude i potražnje vrijednosnih papira. S obzirom na razvoj tehnologije, burza vrijednosnih papira je gotovo u cijelosti prešla na virtualni elektronički oblik funkcioniranja, pri čemu vrijednosni papiri imaju elektronički format. Uslijed svakodnevnog trgovanja vrijednosnim papirima, stanje na tržištima kapitala se kontinuirano mijenja, iz dana u dan, iz sekunde u sekundu. Burzovni posrednici i članovi burze trebaju učestalo pratiti stanje na burzi, kako bi mogli u pravo vrijeme, kada cijene padnu kupiti, odnosno kad cijene porastu prodati. Kao primjer funkcioniranja tržišta kapitala, odnosno burze, dan je prikaz trgovanja vrijednosnim papirima na Zagrebačkoj burzi (eng. Zagreb Stock Exchange).
Abstract (english)
This final paper gives an overview of long-term securities on the capital market. It explains the organized capital markets, i.e. the stock market as the central securities trading venue. The terms related to the stock exchange, securities, stock market and stock exchange intermediaries are explained. Long-term securities can be sold and bought on the stock exchange as an organized supply and demand for the securities market. With regard to the development of technology, the securities exchange has almost completely shifted to the virtual electronic form of operations, where securities have electronic format. Because of everyday trading in securities, the stock market situation is constantly changing, from day to day, from second to second. The stock exchange intermediaries and the members of the exchange often need to keep track of the stock market so that they can sell at the right time when prices increase or buy when the prices fall. As an example of the functioning capital market (i.e. the stock market), the trading of securities on the Zagreb Stock Exchange is presented in this final paper.
