Abstract
Neurorazvojna terapija prema Vojta konceptu, razvijena sredinom 20. stoljeća od strane profesora Václava Vojte, primjenjuje neurofiziološke principe za rehabilitaciju poremećaja središnjeg živčanog sustava i mišićno-koštanog sustava. Specifični refleksni pokreti i mišićne skupine aktiviraju se ciljanim podražajima na određenim dijelovima tijela, čime se potiče terapijski odgovor. Vojta terapija koristi principe neuroplastičnosti za poboljšanje motoričkih funkcija putem ponovljene aktivacije refleksnih pokreta. Ključni aspekt Vojta terapije je aktivacija „refleksne lokomocije“ - refleksno puzanje i refleksno okretanje, koji oponašaju prirodne motoričke obrasce iz ranih razvojnih faza. Terapijski proces započinje detaljnom Vojta dijagnostikom za procjenu motoričkih sposobnosti i držanja, identificirajući područja koja zahtijevaju intervenciju. S obzirom na rastuću prevalenciju neuroloških poremećaja kod djece, važnost Vojta terapije postaje sve veća. Primjena Vojta koncepta u svakodnevnoj fizioterapijskoj praksi zahtijeva visoku stručnost i preciznost, potvrđenu učinkovitom brojnim studijama koje pokazuju poboljšanja u motoričkoj kontroli, stabilnosti držanja tijela te funkcionalnim sposobnostima.
Abstract (english)
Neurodevelopmental therapy according to the Vojta concept, developed in the mid-20th century by Professor Václav Vojta, applies neurophysiological principles for the rehabilitation of central nervous system disorders and the musculoskeletal system. Specific reflexive movements and muscle groups are activated by targeted stimuli on certain parts of the body, thereby eliciting a therapeutic response. Vojta therapy utilizes the principles of neuroplasticity to improve motor functions through repeated activation of reflex movements. A key aspect of Vojta therapy is the activation of "reflex locomotion" - reflex creeping and rolling, which replicate natural motor patterns from early developmental stages. The therapeutic process begins with detailed Vojta diagnostics to assess motor skills and posture, identifying areas that require intervention. Given the increasing prevalence of neurological disorders in children, the importance of Vojta therapy is becoming increasingly significant. The implementation of the Vojta concept in daily physiotherapy practice requires high expertise and precision, validated by numerous studies showing improvements in motor control, postural stability, and functional abilities.
