Abstract
Cerebralna paraliza (CP) predstavlja složeno neurološko stanje koje uzrokuje trajna oštećenja motoričkih funkcija. Djeca s CP-om suočavaju se s izazovima poput problema s kretanjem, govorom i senzornim funkcijama. Interdisciplinarni pristup liječenju CP-a uključuje konzervativne terapije (Bobath koncept, Vojta terapija, MAES terapija, kineziterapija, senzorna integracija) te napredne tehnologije poput robotske neurorehabilitacije i virtualne stvarnosti. Ovi pristupi značajno poboljšavaju motoričke i kognitivne funkcije, smanjuju spastičnost i omogućuju preciznu prilagodbu terapija. Uz dodatne terapije poput medikamentozne terapije, ortoza i kirurških zahvata, osigurava se učinkovitije liječenje djece s težim oblicima CP-a. Evaluacija terapija provodi se standardiziranim metodama kako bi se postigli najbolji rezultati.
Abstract (english)
Cerebral palsy (CP) is a complex neurological condition that causes permanent impairment of motor functions. Children with CP face challenges such as problems with movement, speech and sensory functions. The interdisciplinary approach to the treatment of CP includes conservative therapies (Bobath concept, Vojta therapy, MAES therapy, kinesitherapy, sensory integration) and advanced technologies such as robotic neurorehabilitation and virtual reality. These approaches significantly improve motor and cognitive functions, reduce spasticity, and enable precise adaptation of therapies. With additional therapies such as drug therapy, orthoses and surgical procedures, more effective treatment of children with more severe forms of CP is ensured. Evaluation of therapies is carried out using standardized methods in order to achieve the best results.
