Abstract
Senzorička integracija se vrši preko osjeta kojim informacije dolaze uzlaznim putem do živčanog sustava, u središnjem živčanom sustavu se informacije obrađuju i ponovo se šalju na periferiju sve do mišića koji treba izvesti pokret. Senzorička integracija je organizacija osjeta koja teži postizanju smislene i ciljane radnje. Pristup senzoričke integracije se temelji na pretpostavci da je neophodno koordinirano funkcioniranje vestibularnog, proprioceptivnog, vizualnog, auditivnog i taktilnog... More osjetnog sustava. Dijete sa disfunkcijom, odnosno poteškoćama senzorne integracije ne može učinkovito i svrhovito obavljati razne aktivnosti kojima je izloženo tijekom dana. Terapijska intervencija kod djece provodi se s ciljem razvijanja funkcionalnih sposobnosti potrebnih za izvođenje aktivnosti svakodnevnog života: samozbrinjavanja, produktivnosti, slobodnog vremena - vještinama igranja. U terapiji takve djece se primjenjuje više terapijskih pristupa, no u radu s neurorizičnom djecom najčešće primjenjujemo neurorazvojni, senzoričko integracijski, kognitivni i bihevioralni pristup. Abstract (english)
Sensory integration is connected with our senses from where informations travel to nervous system, where they are areprocessed and sent back to perifery to muscles that perform movements. Sensory integration means organisation of sensory informations to achieve meaningful and targeted activity. Sensory integration approach is based on coordinated fucntioning of vestibular, proprioceptive, visual, auditive and tactile system. The child with disfunction, respectively dificulties of sensory... More integration is not able to perform different daily activities in efficient and meaningful way. The goal of sensory integration intervetion is to develop functional abillities needed for performing activites of daily life: self-care, productivy, free time activities – playing abillity.
